1:1 INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS

SOS Care is an approved provider of SCBHDD’s Independent Living Skills Program. This 1:1 program is designed to support individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities in their home and community. Using a person-centered approach, participants work on practical life skills such as interpersonal skills, communication, community living and mobility, self-care, etc. Participants must be at least 18 years old and no longer participate in services through the school system.  Participants may pay for services with their ID/RD Medicaid Waiver or self pay at a rate of $38/hour.
