SOS Care is a 501(c)3 non-profit direct service provider that empowers those with autism and intellectual disabilities to thrive on their own. We offer a range of programs, camps, activities and classes that teach the life and social skills one needs to live as independently as possible. The organization serves consumers in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Charleston and surrounding areas in South Carolina. One of our most essential programs is our ABA Therapy Program. We are currently seeking a part time, BCBA for the Myrtle Beach and surrounding area to work with our learners diagnosed with autism while directing RBT therapists who will be part of the consumer’s therapeutic team. This individual will direct monthly consults in clinic, home, or community that includes family and team consultation, develop and provide families with treatment plans, edit, review and approve monthly progress notes, set and evaluate treatment strategy, protocol, addressing behavioral needs while conducting FBA and develop BIPS, analyze data at least monthly and make program recommendations, conduct assessments, supervise teams, conduct/monitor competency check with RBT therapists, provide training for new RBT therapists, conduct parent training and attend all required staff training.

The applicant should have a university degree and a Master Degree in a human service field like behavior analysis, psychology, special education, etc. The candidate MUST be Board Certified and provide proof of certification. Candidates who are currently credentialed in the State of South Carolina are encouraged to apply.
